We are at a sunny beach, watching some man in a boat, but the boat is up on a hillside overlooking the beach, not in the water. The man in the boat is some half-assed figure of authority, like a lifeguard or a security guard, in a dark blue uniform. He’s sounding a type of alarm. The alarm is a long tube that is sticking out of the boat, acting as a horn, issuing a deafening, deep, trumpet sound. We see that the tube-horn is attached to the boat’s motor, & he’s using the motor to pump air through the horn. He fluctuates the sound by muting & un-muting the end of the tube-horn with his hand, like playing a didgeridoo. It’s really loud.
